Adding Ravi to Shohoz board should allow the company to tap into the experience, expertise and industry connections of a seasoned technology leader. In response to FS inquiry, Shohoz told us that Ravi will be involved in big picture tech strategy and will also advise the company on technology and recruitment. Shohoz has 7 people on its board of directors. It has added two members recently.
