Rocket Internet-backed online hotel booking site, Jovago has launched its operation in Bangladesh. Jovago CEO, Paul Midi announced the news in a press meet today.
Started back in 2013, Jovago has become the No.1 Hotel Booking Website in Africa, active in over 40 countries. With over 200,000 destinations online, they provide customers with full and reliable information about the destinations on offer.
Rocket Internet has been putting lots of energy in expanding across Asian markets in recent years and declared that it plans to launch one startup in markets like Bangladesh, Pakistan, and Myanmar every quarter.
Rocket Internet has six more startups operating in Bangladesh. It just launched its online job marketplace site Everjob few months ago.
