Adeo Ressi, CEO and cofounder of the Founder Institute, has built and sold multiple companies before starting Founder Institute which he says 'calling of his life'. Adeo recently spoke at Startupfest 2015, a festival for startup founders to learn from other successful and time-tested founders.
When a company fail, we often blame things like business model, product market-fit, people, money, and more but in this beautiful talk Adeo claims, those reasons are seldom real reasons, mostly company fails because founders don't know why they are doing what they are doing and because founders don't love their startup and don't find it complementary to their life.
