Weekender: Startups, Readings, Events And More

2015 begins! A whole new year waiting to get old-what does it feel like? I think more people feel hopeful than less. It’s kind of liberating and it gives a hope for fresh start, all over again, leaving all shit behind. It makes us optimistic. Every fresh start is good until it becomes mundane again and we get back to our default setting.

Happy New year 2015

A new year is as good as it gets. We promise to start anew. We promise not to walk that same dark path. We plan to start often, take risk often, and make things happen often. And we forget again in the middle and wait for another new beginning.

Celebrating New Year with renewed spirit and resolution is wonderful. It makes sense but what if we could live everyday as a new start. Every day when we wake up and come alive is a new start. We can begin it with renewed sprit and courage and hope. Every day we can live like a new beginning!

A very Happy New Year 2015, let’s make it yours!

Reading: Mean people fail

“It struck me recently how few of the most successful people I know are mean. There are exceptions, but remarkably few. Meanness isn't rare. In fact, one of the things the internet has shown us is how people mean can be. A few decades ago, only famous people and professional writers got to publish their opinions. Now everyone can, and we can all see the long tail of meanness that had previously been hidden.”
