The EMK Small Grant 2018 Application Is Open. Apply Now!

The EMK Center Dhaka has announced its Edward M. Kennedy (EMK) Small Grants for Public Service and the Arts for 2018. As part of its commitment to recognize the significance of public service, EMK Center offers this grant to help people realizing their dreams to contribute to the greater good. The center is currently accepting applications for 2018 cohort.

The grants will range from BDT 300,000 to BDT 800,000. They will be awarded to individuals and groups who are actively involved in areas such as − volunteerism, women’s empowerment, education, community development, youth engagement, entrepreneurship-related projects and arts in Bangladesh.

Applications for the grant are open now. It is important for eligible applicants to note that the grant will be given for projects that are set to be undertaken and finished within a time-frame of three months: from May 1, 2018, and July 31, 2018. The deadline for applications is 5 p.m. on Sunday, March 25, 2018.

Created in 2012, the EMK Center works to engage, inspire, connect and empower citizens−especially the youth−to help them make meaningful impacts in their communities. The EMK Small Grants for Public Service and the Arts comes as a result of such endeavor.
