Brain Station-23, the local IT solutions provider, has raised an undisclosed amount of funding from two local investors BD Venture Limited and IPE Capital.
Brain Station-23, founded by Raisul Kabir in 2006, offers outsourcing service, software, web and mobile app development, ecommerce solutions and other relevant IT services and is a team of over 120 people. Over the last couple of years, the startup has been able to build a solid client portfolio and reputation for its quality service in the market.
The company has been growing steadily over the last couple of years and plans to use the investment to fuel that growth further. The common challenge for any IT service provider is pushing growth while also maintaining a large pool of employees. The new fund injection will enable Brain Station 23 to have a breathing space while pursuing more strategic long-term growth. At the same time, the new-found connections will also help it strategically by giving access to the local and international market.
“Partnerships with BD Venture and IPE Capital will give us a strategic edge,” says Raisul Kabir, Founder of Brain Station-23,” which is more important than money to us”. “We will be able to use their expertise and insight to pursue bigger goals and grow further.” Raisul, who started Brain Station, right after his graduation says creating employment opportunities for local engineers is one of the key goals of Brain Station-23. “But for doing so, you have to grow.” Going forward, the company plans to invest in marketing and hiring new people to support and push further growth.
