Well, you can claim, it's not possible always to know where one wants to go. But I disagree. The journey without sure destination is worthless.
The other day, I was going to Farmgate to my work and on the bus there was a young guy sitting next to me. He was also going to Farmgate. But he was not sure where Farmgate is (I understood from his unexpressed explicit tension). So, then when the bus was about to Farmgate, the helper of the bus shouted out and the guy sitting next to me hurried up and got off the bus. But that was not Farmgate, it was quite behind.
The problem with not knowing where you want to go is that, you will always make mistake and you'll either get off ahead or behind of your destination.

When you are up to any target make sure you know where you exactly want to go. And don't be fool and shy, If you don't know ask your fellow travelers. In a start-up 'map" is one of the most critical problems. Make sure you have the right map for every single year and make sure you know the map sufficiently.
