Ajkerdeal.com, the leading ecommerce marketplace in the country, got awarded ‘Best E-Commerce Site in Bangladesh’ at South Asian Business Excellence Awards 2017, said a press release sent to Future Startup.
The event, first of its kind in Dhaka, was hosted by World HRD Congress and Endorsed by Asian Confederation of Businesses and was held on October 29 at Dhaka’s Le Meridian hotel. The annual awards celebrate leaders around the region working to create economic opportunity and promote innovation and professional business culture.
Founded in 2012, Ajkerdeal claims to have over 3,000 merchants and 500,000 products on its platform. The company says it currently serves over 2000,00 customers. Originally started as a deals platform, AjkerDeal has evolved into a managed marketplace over the last couple of years.
