GP Accelerator Announces 3rd Batch Of Startups, Here Is The Complete List

GP Accelerator has announced its 3rd batch of startups today. The media announcement event took place at the GP House located in Bashundhara in the presence of Abul Maal A Muhith, MP, State Minister for Ministry of Finance. The event was packed with investors, startups enthusiasts, and different stakeholders.

The GP Accelerator program supports early-stage, homegrown tech startups. The fourth-month-long program provides selected to five startups an intensive, rapid and immersive training over the four-month program, BDT 11 lakh in seed funding each for 10% equity in the company, workspace in GP House, and a weighty set of industry contacts to speed up the life cycle of their businesses.

In addition to essential resources, the program also provides qualified mentors with prior experience in various fields to help the ventures get a lot done in short period of time. The program ends with a grand event, a demo day, where startups pitch to a plethora of experienced investors, partners, and key clients.

Bankcompare: An online platform that aggregates financial products and helps users to compare various financial products and choose better one.

Doctorkoi: Online doctor’s appointment management platform. The company offers an ERP based solution to doctors and hospitals to manage appointment and records of patients history as well as a web-based solution to find a doctor and make an appointment.

Crowdware: helps automate business operations by crowdsourcing the work to a network of contributors.

Microtech Interactive: Uses mobile application and augmented reality technology to design interesting and engaging children education materials. The company has already children education material designed and an app that you can use to make learning fun for your kids.

Barikoi: A digital addressing system that helps users to replace their traditional long addresses with a short code. It can help logistics industry to enhance user experience and deliver products much more efficiently.

Jolpi Electronics: Jolpi is a smart-home and automation related hardware tech company based in Dhaka. Its first product Sniffer, that can detect gas leakages to prevent accidents, has received huge attention from the market.
