AI Automation Summit 2026 Brings Together 250 Business Leaders in Dhaka to Explore Practical AI Applications

Organized by myAi and iCBE, the event featured hands-on training in AI tools, agents, and workflow automation, alongside industry discussions on AI adoption and the launch of a new AI Business Accelerator program.

Around 250 entrepreneurs, business owners, professionals, and technology leaders gathered at Dhaka Regency Hotel for AI Automation Summit 2026 on Friday, October 9, a day-long event focused on the practical application of artificial intelligence in business.

Organized by myAi and iCBE (iDEAN Center for Business Excellence), the summit explored how businesses can move from using basic AI tools to building AI agents, automating workflows, and, eventually, developing AI-powered business operations.

The event combined hands-on training with discussions featuring business and technology leaders from several industries. It concluded with the announcement of the AI Business Accelerator (AiBA), a flagship program by myAi and iCBE designed to help businesses integrate AI and automation into their operations.

A Day of Practical AI Training for Business

The training program ran from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and focused on applying AI to everyday business functions through practical examples and hands-on demonstrations.

The trainers included Mohammad Saif Noman Khan, associate professor at the Institute of Business Administration (IBA), University of Dhaka, corporate trainer and co-founder of myAi; Mark Anupom Mollick, founder and executive consultant at iDEAN Consulting and co-founder of myAi; Adnan Rafid, consulting partner and COO of iDEAN Consulting and director at myAi; Mehedi Hasan Rana, growth consultant, founder of Quick Growth and co-founder of iCBE; and Shafat Kadir, founder and CEO of Hatbox and co-founder of iCBE.

Sessions covered a broad range of business applications, including content planning and marketing, sales and customer management, business research and intelligence, product development, team productivity, AI agents, workflow automation and AI technology stacks.

The focus was on showing participants how AI could be applied to specific business tasks and processes, rather than treating it solely as a collection of standalone tools. The sessions also explored how businesses could gradually connect individual AI applications into more integrated workflows and systems.

AiCON Brings Industry Leaders Into the AI Conversation

The summit's second program, AiCON: AI Through the Voices of Icons, began at 6 p.m. and featured leaders sharing their experiences, perspectives, and expectations around AI adoption in their respective industries.

The speakers included Syed Abdul Momen, additional managing director and head of the SME Banking Division at BRAC Bank PLC; Khalid Hossain, chief digital officer at Mutual Trust Bank PLC; Iqbal Bahar Zahid, director and CEO of Optimax Communication Limited and founder of Nijer Bolar Moto Ekta Golpo Foundation; K. M. Hasan Ripon, executive director (Skills) at Daffodil Group and president of the Trainers Association of Bangladesh; Toufiq Hasan, chief business development officer at Akij Resource; and Md. Rafiul Hasan, principal software engineer at Brain Station 23.

The discussions brought perspectives from banking, entrepreneurship, skills development, business development, and software engineering to the question of how AI could shape the way organizations work.

myAi and iCBE Announce AI Business Accelerator

The event concluded with the announcement of the AI Business Accelerator (AiBA), a flagship program developed by myAi and iCBE.

Designed as a practical, AI-powered MBA, the approximately four-and-a-half-month program aims to help participants move beyond learning individual AI tools and apply AI and automation across core business functions.

These include marketing, sales, customer management, operations, research, finance, and decision-making. The program is intended to help businesses improve productivity, reduce the time and cost involved in routine work, make faster and more data-driven decisions, and identify new growth opportunities.

Participants will also have the opportunity to build AI-powered workflows, automated processes, and AI-enabled business systems tailored to their own businesses.

According to the organizers, the summit was intended as a starting point for businesses exploring AI adoption. Becoming an AI-powered business requires more than attending a single training session or adopting a handful of tools. It involves developing the right mindset, identifying relevant business applications, and integrating AI into the way work gets done.

AiBA is designed as a structured next step for businesses that want to turn that initial exposure into practical implementation.
