BD Venture Limited, country’s first venture capital firm, has recently invested in AmarSource Limited, a research-driven tech company. The agreement signing ceremony took place at BD Venture’ office in Dhaka.
Mr. Shafique-ul-Azam, Managing Director of BD venture Ltd., Mr. M H M Mazadur Rahman, Managing Director of AmarSource Ltd. along with other Directors of AmarSource Mr. S. M. Hasanur Rashid, Mr. Syed Ishteaq Hossain, Ms. Hasin Jahan and Mr. Abu Muhammad Rashed Mujib Noman were present at the agreement-signing ceremony.
AmarSource Ltd. will utilize this fund in further development and commercialization of their products as well as expanding footprint in local and global markets.
