Walton Reports High Sales Growth

Walton, the homegrown tech manufacturing giant, has experienced a tremendous sales growth in first half of 2016, reports the Financial Express. The company has reported about 45 per cent YoY growth in sales in the first half of 2016.

The company sold a record number of LED Television and Fridges which were 241% and 50% higher than the same period previous year accordingly. Sales of electronics and home appliances also went up significantly.

Walton is one of the few homegrown electronics manufacturers that successfully made its transition from an importer to a manufacturer. Founded in 1997, the company has outgrown many of its local contemporaries. While growing its existing portfolios, it has successfully expanded into new domains and markets including mobile, home appliances and more.
