Bangladesh is now home to a fast growing entrepreneurship scene. However, it is not that entrepreneurship or startup is something new to this country rather it is just getting a little better every day. To make things even better we have a big entrepreneurship event coming up later this year.
Dhrubotara Youth development Foundation (DYDF), a foundation for youth leadership in self-employment, poverty reduction, and better livelihood, is going to organize a Global Youth Entrepreneurs Summit 2015 (GYES) in order to bring young entrepreneurs from all over the country, and provide a platform to the youth entrepreneurs, so that they can show the world their ideas, struggles and achievements.
The event, scheduled on November 20 – 22 at the city’s Bangabandhu International conference Center (BICC), expects to gather 500 entrepreneurs under the same roof with significant international participation. The campaign for the summit is under way and the response is so far excellent, reports organizers of the summit.
