The Founder Institute- a Silicon Valley based early-stage startup accelerator and global launch network that started its operation in Bangladesh recently, partners with Fenox Venture Capital,-a leading Silicon Valley investor in emerging markets, to fund the strongest graduate companies from the upcoming chapter in Dhaka. The program will help aspiring entrepreneurs to take their business from idea to a funded company in 3.5 months by providing weekly sessions, mentoring by top CEOs and, now, access to seed capital.
The application for the program was due yesterday but in order to allow additional aspiring entrepreneurs to submit application and complete the Predictive Admissions test, the Founder Institute has extended the admissions period to February 11th, 2015, with a new program start date on February 17th, 2015.
What Is In It For Participants
Along with mentoring and weekly sessions with topnotch SEOs and Founders from Dhaka and abroad, the program offers opportunity to present graduates' ideas before a panel of leading entrepreneurs and investors to qualify for the funding. The strongest companies will be provided with an opportunity to accept a $15,000 investment from Fenox along with support for attracting additional investment from angels in the region and local media exposure.

The Program
Founder Institute offers a four months long part time program which helps promising startup entrepreneurs to “learn by doing” and to launch a company through structured training courses, practical business building assignments and expert feedback from a large network of business mentors. Thus it enables the founders to begin building a business around their ideas without putting their livelihood at risk.
