FS Weekly 113: Dreamers Academy, Panel on Safe Food, ExchangeKori’s Repair and Servicing, Wahid Choudhury, and New White Paper

This week, we hosted an online panel discussion after a long time. Hear from five prominent people working to make safe food mainstream in Bangladesh on their take on the food safety challenge and the future of the safe food industry in the country.

We’ve written about ExchangeKori before. After building a growing business in the used computers market, the company has entered the computer repair and servicing vertical. It was already doing it for its own customers and now has expanded to serve others as well.

In Business Deep Dive/Brand Story, we go deep into fast-growing online coding school Dreamers Academy. The company has an inspiring founding story and a savvy business story. Starting as a small side project, it has built a fascinating business on the back of a brilliant pedagogy, operational excellence, a clever business model, and consistent execution. The company is now looking to expand into new verticals.

In Interviews, we’re re-featuring our absolutely brilliant conversation with Wahid Choudhury, Founder of Kaz Software. This is a must read if you want to understand what makes an exceptional founder and how exceptional companies are built.

Finally, we’ve recently published a white paper on the critical importance of food for our health, rising food safety challenges in Bangladesh, and the rise of the safe food industry. The paper offers an education on why we should pay more attention to what you eat and a rare deep dive into the future of the safe food industry in Bangladesh.
