Zero To One by Peter Thiel is one of our favorite business books at Future Startup. The book is an excellent combination of business philosophy, strategy, startup thinking, and life philosophy. 

Peter Thiel is widely known as an American entrepreneur and investor. He was one of the founders of PayPal and the first outside investor in Facebook. He is a co-founder of Palantir Technologies, Founders Fund, a venture capital fund, and Thiel Foundation, which runs the prestigious Thiel Fellowship. Many people consider Thiel as one of the important western public intellectuals today. Thiel is often highly regarded for his unusual thinking and first principle orientation. 

Zero to One: Notes on Startups, or How to Build the Future was published in 2014. Thiel co-authored the book with Blake Masters. Many people consider it one of the most important business books of recent times. The book offers excellent and unorthodox insights into building companies and life.
