Bangladesh's First CRM-Led Growth Summit to Address the Scale Gap Facing Tech Companies

HubXpert and HubSpot APAC to bring 50 business leaders together on December 9 to discuss operational excellence.

In the decade since Bangladesh's tech boom began, the country's tech entrepreneurs have mastered the art of hustle—building software outsourcing companies, e-commerce platforms, ride-sharing apps, ed-tech platforms, and fintech services and many other services that now serve millions. But as these companies scale beyond their scrappy origins, many are discovering a critical gap: what got them here won't get them there.

On December 9, 2025, HubXpert, Bangladesh's only Platinum HubSpot Partner, in collaboration with HubSpot APAC, will host the HubSpot for Bangladesh – Growth Summit 2025 at Le Méridien Dhaka.

The invite-only leadership dinner aims to bring together 50 CXOs, founders, and growth leaders to address a question that's been conspicuously absent from the ecosystem's agenda: how to build systems and processes that enable sustainable, data-driven growth.

"Bangladesh has seen incredible progress in digital adoption over the past few years," said Ratul Rahman, CEO of HubXpert. "This event is about connecting that momentum with strategy—bringing together the right leaders to talk about how technology, process, and people can drive smarter, more sustainable growth."

The Evolution from Market-Driven to Process-Driven Growth

The summit aims to address what some are calling the "scale gap"—the point at which founder-driven hustle must give way to institutional processes. Bangladesh's tech ecosystem has matured considerably, evolving from software services, e-commerce and ride-sharing to SaaS, EdTech, fintech, and enterprise software. Many of these companies are past survival mode and now face operational challenges that can't be solved through hustle alone.

For years, growth in Bangladesh has been driven primarily by market opportunity: expanding internet access, shifting consumer behavior, and available capital. But as competition intensifies, companies are looking at more systematic approaches to understanding customer behavior and measuring what drives revenue.

CRM platforms like HubSpot represent one approach to this challenge—unifying marketing, sales, and service operations in a single system. The question for many companies is less about whether such systems are needed, and more about how to implement them effectively in Bangladesh's context.

What Makes This Summit Different

Unlike typical networking events or pitch competitions, the Growth Summit focuses explicitly on operational excellence. The 50-person format is designed for depth over breadth, featuring:

  • Insight sessions from HubSpot APAC on growth trends and strategic approaches working across Asia-Pacific markets
  • Real-world case studies from HubXpert's experience implementing HubSpot systems for over 100 clients globally
  • Live product demonstrations showing how modern CRM systems enable automation, personalization, and measurement at scale
  • Structured peer discussions where leaders can share challenges and approaches in a confidential setting

"While Bangladesh has plenty of events focused on fundraising or founder stories, there hasn't been a dedicated space for operational leaders to discuss the systems and processes that enable sustainable growth," Ratul added. "That's the gap we're filling."

The Organizers

The event is organized by HubXpert, a Dhaka-based HubSpot partner that achieved Platinum status in seven months after its founding in April 2023. The company now has 26 employees and works primarily with international clients (95% of its business).

HubSpot's involvement reflects the platform's growing interest in emerging Asian markets, as digital adoption accelerates across the region.
