It means future of business is on-demand. In the coming days, we will see more and more businesses turning into on-demand enterprises. And here is a hint, we have on-demand laundry services in Dhaka. Here are two startups currently offering on-demand laundry services in Bangladesh.

Dhopers
Last week, we came across a new on-demand startup called Dhopers. As it claims on its website, the startup provides online laundry and dry washing service in Bangladesh. To get the service, what you need to do is simple: download Dhopers app or place order online, once you are done with placing order they will pick-up your laundry and dry cleaning, do the job and return your items. The startup, beta testing now, only covers Dhanmondi and adjacent area.

Washout
Started more like a traditional dry-cleaning and laundry service, the company recently started their home delivery wing. Washout has now around twenty one outlets in Dhaka city and it is expanding rapidly. However, it does not provide an online solution yet, to get home delivery service you have to call to its call center and place order, and it will get your item and deliver.

Coda
As of now Washout does not have a mobile app or a mechanism to receive orders online. This is not so 2015 like. While the company is promoting aggressively it should also pay attention to taking its service online. Technology, in recent years, has turned the world upside-down for many sectors. Today more people check-in through Airbnb service than any single hotel chain in the world, Uber is the most powerful and largest transportation company in the world, and in the coming days technology will transform many more industries. What matter most is: identifying oneself in the right place.
