This year Time magazine awarded their person of the year award to “The Protesters” who completely changed not only their own country but the world. 2011 as a single year  provides a lot learning and insights for start-ups who are plotting to start  their business enterprise.

A close look at the major changes and happenings in 2011 sends a common message. Who thinks what I don’t know but it’s all about the rise of individual means no body change nothing but everybody change everything!

See into the protest of Egypt, 99% protest of USA, Europe and many other countries even anti-corruption movement in India. Just go and create something for them.

Individuals are important: The trend of the innovations in the area of technology in last decades shows a crystal pattern-it empowers individuals. Just think about iphone, ipad, iMac all these products greatly customized for individual. At the same time technology like- facebook that empowers individuals also have got huge momentum. So think how do you can come up with something that empower individual.
